Cal Friesen

Cal practices in the areas of family law (divorce, separation, custody and property disputes), wills & estates of deceased persons, and real estate conveyancing. He has been with the firm since shortly after being called to the Bar in 1985, he is involved in the community, and has served as the chairperson of the board of Westgate Mennonite Collegiate for four years and has served as the chairperson of the Council of Charleswood Mennonite Church. He believes an experienced guide is worth the fee to get you past the dangers and obstacles on the way to a summit, having climbed Kilimanjaro in Africa, and Aconcagua in South America. Cal is a regular Canadian Blood Services donor. He holds Bachelor of Arts (history), Master of Arts (history) and Bachelor of Laws degrees. He has conversational knowledge of German and assists our clients who are German speaking.

Kenneth Thomas Greenhalgh

Called to the Bar in 1990, Kenneth has been with McRoberts Law Office LLP since 2004. His preferred areas of practice include: family law and real estate, including rural real estate, and in particular, in the Interlake Region. Kenneth’s goal is providing the best service to his clients, through maturity of experience and thoughtfulness. He won the David Owen Scholarship in philosophy in 1976 from the University of Winnipeg, and holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Winnipeg. Kenneth maintains a practice and offices in Winnipeg and the Interlake (St. Laurent, Lundar and Eriksdale).

Martha P. Musuka

Martha’s areas of practice are family law, including legal separations, divorce actions, pre-nuptial agreements, spousal and cohabitation agreements, child custody and child support disputes, spousal support disputes, and resolving the division of family property. Martha also practices in the areas of civil litigationwills & estatesimmigration law and real estate.

Martha joined McRoberts Law Office LLP in 2009. She obtained her Bachelor of Laws Degree LL.B. from the University of London, England, and a Masters Degree in Laws LL.M. from the University of Nottingham, England. Martha was called to the bar in New Zealand in 2005 and practiced law in that jurisdiction before immigrating to Manitoba. Martha attended the University of Manitoba Law School at Robson Hall and was called to the Bar in Manitoba in 2009.

Conor Williamson

Conor joined McRoberts Law Office LLP in 2010 and practices litigation with a focus on family law, estate matters, contract disputes and personal injury matters. He also practices wills and estate and real estate. Conor’s approach is to seek a negotiated settlement but when necessary he is an experienced litigator with success across all levels of court in Manitoba.

Harley Greenberg

Harley has been with McRoberts Law Office LLP for over 25 years, having joined our firm in 1989. Harley was called to the Bar in 1989 and practiced at Tessler, Greenberg before joining McRoberts Law Office LLP. Harley received his Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Laws Degrees from the University of Manitoba and has appeared before all levels of court in Manitoba arguing many different matters. His practice continues to be general, with an emphasis on family law. He has extensive experience in family lawreal estate and wills and estates.

Nikki C. Kagan

Nikki was called to the Bar in 1984 and joined McRoberts Law Office in 1988. Nikki’s focus is Family Law, including divorce, separation, custody, support, property division, prenuptial agreements and guardianship/adoption issues.

Nikki is an experienced collaborative lawyer and provides services in alternative dispute resolution including mediation and arbitration.

Nikki’s practice also includes wills and estate and real estate.

Jordan Armstrong

Jordan received his J.D. from the University of Manitoba in 2022. Jordan articled with McRoberts Law Office LLP and was called to the Bar in 2023, becoming an associate lawyer with the firm at that time. Jordan’s areas of practice include Family Law, Civil Litigation, Wills and Estates and Real Estate.
