Iain was called to the Bar in 2002, and then practiced with the Criminal Law Office of Legal Aid Manitoba prior to joining McRoberts Law Office LLP in 2006. He is a life-time Manitoba resident, and graduated from the University of Manitoba with both a Bachelor of Science Degree and a Bachelor of Laws Degree. His practice focuses on criminal law.
