Biography
Ms. Kagan was called to the bar in 1984, and joined McRoberts Law Offices LLP in 1988. She practices primarily in the area of family law, assisting clients with issues of separation and divorce and ancillary relief such as custody, access, support and property division; adoptions, pre-nuptial issues, common law issues and child abductions. 

Ms. Kagan also practices in the areas of real estate and mortgages, including transfers of commercial and residential properties.

Ms. Kagan practices in the area of Wills & Estates, including the preparation of Wills and Powers of Attorney and the probate of Estates.
